Tiffany Martin was born in Beaumont, Texas. She graduated in a small community north of Beaumont in Lumberton Texas. She is a loving wife, supportive mother, and proud “Big Momma” to her grandchildren. There is nothing she would not do for her family, no matter their age or distance. She has worked hard to build something to leave all of them…. A Legacy.

Tiffany’s hobbies include running, reading, and cooking. She loves reading self-growth and Christian books. She is strong in her faith and worships as much as possible. Her favorite meals are those that she fixes for her family, when she hears the words “this is so good” and everyone leaves the dining room table stuffed.

Lumberton is where she opened her very first Insurance Agency in 2010. While this was the first office as the owner/broker, she has been in the industry since 1998.

Tiffany started in the insurance industry,with Farmers Insurance as a Data-Entry Clerk in 1998. She managed PIP Claims out of the Beaumont Field Office, while attending Lamar Institute of Technology. In the evenings she set life insurance appointments agents representing New York Life Insurance. This was only the beginning of her career in the Insurance Field.

Tiffany graduated Lamar Institute,of Technology with an Associate Degree in Office Technology in 2002. She then transferred over to Lamar University Beaumont to pursue her Bachelor of Business in Management.

Tiffany was offered a position as a receptionist at a local Brokerage in the fall of 2001. This agency focused strictly on Employee Benefits. This is where her passion grew for the insurance industry. In less than a year she became the Office Manager of this brokerage, along with New Business Account Manager and Retention Specialist. She quickly became the face of this brokerage meeting with clients and assisting them with claims, billing, eligibility, and enrollments.

Tiffany started exploring the dream of opening her own independent insurance agency.
The threat of Healthcare Reform and the future of Health Insurance was changing the traditional agency models. This created the need to be diverse and offer the total insurance package to every client.

Tiffany opened Martin & Martin Insurance on August 1st, 2010. There were many companies already on the books with employee benefits packages and many more on the way. The clients on the books as of August 1 were loyal clients that vowed to dive into this new venture with her and have been with her along the entire journey.

Martin & Martin Insurance became diverse offering Employee Benefits packages to Employers and meeting their Business Insurance requirements regarding General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers Comp, Professional Liability, Payroll Services and more. She expanded to offer Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance.

The vision of Martin & Martin Insurance is being committed to excellence and serving the community Tiffany loved, all of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. She offers competitive insurance for all stages of life and wants our clients to trust her to take care of their family’s insurance requirements “from the cradle to the grave”. Tiffany’s goal from the first day was to provide superior customer service. This included responding to clients 7 days a week.
